Onsight Connect remote expert software for the Ecom Smart-EX® 02 and Visor-Ex® 01 devices provides teams with ability to remotely collaborate in hazardous locations with colleagues, suppliers and customers to assist with field inspections, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Deployed globally, Onsight securely shares live video, audio, telestration, text and high-resolution images across teams - even in the most bandwidth limited conditions. Optional advanced features provide an enhanced collaboration experience to include visualizing IoT data and asset recognition.

Using the Onsight Platform Manager tool, an enterprise can enforce security and privacy settings, set network/bandwidth controls, analyze usage, and manage group client policies.
