After I downloaded a bad browser I could not uninstall I reset my phone and is the LG Backup and restore. First the LG backup did not back up my documents downloads and pictures to my USB as promised so am still trying to get back all of those. But there is no way to contact LG I just hear some boy laughing in the background and rubbing his fingers together. Plus none of the restored apps are working properly, they all freeze on the start screen pop-up I can't choose allow or deny.

LG, use to love the brand! No more, trusted them again n bought a 60" Smart TV w/ everything(4k, HUD, LED ect..) pluse a Speaker Bar with Bass Box 360Ws n again it's sh..!
