It slow an it always shutting down have to close it an reopen the app ugh

The app keeps locking up. It kicks you out of calls that you are signed into. The app also signs you off the app. When you go to sign back in it keeps coming up with wrong username and Password. After three or four attempts to sign in it will sometimes work. The old App worked great 98% of the time.It was faster and easier to navigate through.

The new app is still much slower. It also signs me out quite often. Will have to definitely adjust to the new app. I believe it needs some more tweaks. I definitely believe it is going to be great for us!

Where do i begin... I could start with saying the corona virus pandemic has been better to technicians than this app. But in all seriousness, every update revolves around making the corporate's lives easier and zero consideration whatsoever for the techs that are breaking their back every day on the roofs. Unit labeling not being able to start with a 0 and having to delete the whole equipment to relabel has been the newest addition to the endless headaches of this app. btu for heat not added?!?
