unable to reach suppot by phone, email, etc. my item stack in the locker and no one is able to take it out.

Horrible app an service. I never recommend anybody this unless you don't mind when they lost your precious clothes. The major problem is in their policy. Their policy said, "Laundry Locker is not responsible for your items before they are picked up or after they are dropped back off. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your items during that time." This is totally rediculous because we anyway have to place our clothes in their locker when ordering. However, they do NOT take any responsibility on the clothes place in the locker before they pick them up / after they drop them off. They lost my coat actually, but there's no compensation. The locker was surely locked when ordering, but the coat was missing somehow. The company sent a message to me that they could not find any clothes inside of the locker, and I did not place anything in the locker. But how can it be trusted? Moreover, the customer service is horrible, no response at all. Do not use such app.

The app doesn't work. It wouldn't allow entry into the address field. The settings won't allow me to enter my credit card. Hmm.... Should I trust these people with my clothes... I think not.

It might of been a good app but they dont tell you the price I'm not up for giving me clothes to them to clean and they charge me what ever they want
