It was frustrating. First I put in my phone number, it wouldn't accept that, then I put in my email address, it wouldn't accept that either. Then I called my employer who gave me the right email address, my other one, and their temporary password. At first it didn't want to accept that, either, but then it finally let me in. After I submitted my availability, I wanted to change the password to one of my own. It wouldn't let me do that, either. I wish it were easier to use. My job depends on

You send a verification code to log in, in the app it requires you to put a capital L in with the code. The problem is, your app only shows the number pad. Even after working around that, it fails and doesn't let me log on. HOW DID YOU SCREW UP AUTHENTICATION? Not only am I unable to work due to covid, I can't get any updated information. 0 stars if I could.

Satisfied all around except for when i accept an opportunity for a slot it won't eliminate the slot i didnt choose automatically. Overall happy with communication.

it seems to work fine, however lose a star for not letting me turn the vibrator off. I would like the opportunity as the end user to select how the app notifies me. Forced vibrator-on is *not* acceptable.

l give 4 stars because of the inbox messages tab. I only want to archive what I need and delete what I don't need. There's no option to delete the messages you don't need.
