This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SilverCloud on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Great for my dad who has start of dementia and he wont use cell phone, never would. This has given me peace of mind. I had an issue, something I set wrong on it and customer service was great going back through and seeing what happened. Very happy I bought this. 💜 I jumped to quick on my initial review of this the first day I used it and gave one star, it was MY error on the device not the app or device. I should of waited to review it after speaking with customer service.

I hate the fact this dose not tell you the exact location of every stop. You have to eaither keep checking the darn thing to see where they going. And off you miss out, you have to play the history video, which only shows a blue dot driving. And you got to guess the places it stopped along there route!. It's a water of money!! Definetly like to have have all locations of my daughter from a click of a button and not watch video of a dot!!

Once set in power saver mode it will very rarely reports at the chosen time intervals. Ive kept it mostly at the 1 hour intervals and I might get 2 or 3 reports in a day even when the tracker is on the move for most of it. It seems to work fine when it's in full tracking mode, but you won't get more than a few days of battery using that 24/7.

So far....okay at best. Things that would help: 1: ability to REMOVE A GEOFENCE 2: CLOUD OPERATION. (When It looses WiFi, it's done. I'm trying to track, loosing my target REALLY totally screws me. There's no sense beginning if somewhere along his/her route it looses WiFi resulting in, "game over" I probably need to spend more money....

Nothing but issues ! Started my sub on the 29th and then yesterday it wouldnt even track anything and it is now froze on the location it last was tracked to. Ridiculous ! I clearly am not subbing again ! This is the second time i've had problems with it not working !

It would be nice if its let you know when my car move like it used to.. Need to fix it where you know when the car leave the area where it is. All was working good until all these updated

About this app

The SilverCloud location management software app will allow owners and users of the SilverCloud and SilverCloud Sync real-time GPS tracking systems, the ability to view and monitor the precise location of their assets or vehicles, whether it's a single vehicle or an entire fleet of vehicles, from anywhere conveniently from their phone.
Users will be able to monitor the speed of each vehicle and the battery life of each device simply by tapping on the vehicle icon located on the map - accurate to within 2.5 meters (6 feet) of the device. The location also updates automatically, showing the real-time GPS location of the user's vehicles.
Vehicle updates will be based on user's data plan - 3 minutes, 1 minute, 30 seconds, 10 seconds, 5 seconds, or as fast as 3 second continuous updates.
Since the SilverCloud software utilizes Maps, users will have the option of viewing the map in Standard View, Satellite View or a Hybrid of both.
