You would think that the city of Los Angeles with its outrageous fees and taxes would be able to develop an app that would be more reliable. It constantly freezes, forcing me to do a hard reset every single time. Have to wait an hour or two and try again, if im lucky i can get in. Mornings are the worst, whats the point of the app if it cant handle mass users at once.
