This app could use some improvements. A lot actually. For instance, once the goods are dispatched, include a tracking feature or include the number of the driver for communication. My goods were dispatched three days ago but not yet delivered. The drivers sometimes cancel orders without informing me. My experience with this service is not good

Very poor services,you call customer support they don't solve your issues, The sales people are rude and do not communicate appropriately. The app hangs whenever you want to place the order so one isn't sure if the order is placed.
