Absolutely atrocious! The application does not update, when deleted from phone does not install. Cannot believe this half baked application is part of half a billion effort to revolutionise the Kyiv city infrastructure

The app often redirects to the site, it's often quite confusing in use. The card glitches and shows less rides than there really are. Also it would be awesome to have completely digital payment method for transportation, without a physical plastic card, that would follow same policy of having a discount when buying 50 rides.
