We recently switched to Kugadi and so far has been a great experience, our account manager has helped us customize the reports to what our customer needs. The guard tour system and alerts is easier on the guards, this has resulted on much better security reports. Also, by far the fastest response I have ever gotten from a service provider regarding support. Very happy with the change.

We just switched from Tracktik and we are very happy with this change, they have more comprehensive price structure and no extra fees. Most important change is that it is easier to use for guards, management and customers. The kugadi crew helped us set up over 20 sites and we completed this very fast, great company to work with.

I have a small operation in Vegas and it seems that I finally found the solution I was looking for, very easy for me to use and very easy for my enployees. We use to have the wands for the Guard Tour System and it was a pain to download the info into the PC, now I have all the information live and ready for my customers. Also, the pictures in the reports look great. The DARs make us look very professional and high tech because they are delivered automatically every morning to our customers.

We talked with the Kugadi team like a one year ago to see if we would sign up, at that time they were missing a couple of features that we needed. The recently contacted us with the new features included, they work great. Also, they have incorporated a new smart reporting system that we have never seen before. Our team agrees they are the most avanced solution out there!

The NFC tags are the best solution for the Guard Tour because it never fails, the QR codes we used before did not read well and at night the flash made it hard to actually complete the readings. I really recommend this company, customer support is great and my customers love the reports full of pictures.

The app works very good and the reporting is easy. I use to do all my logs in paper and had to write all down on an email, attach all the pictures and then send this to the dispatch center. I now log in and complete all my activities in the App, it even alerts my supervisor about my important and critical findings.
