I keep having to login almost everytime I click on the app to check my hours and sometimes it won't even ask that, instead it will ask "draw your pattern" even though I don't have a pattern, then when I press the back button on my phone it takes me to a login screen which asks for my username and password, which I don't have a username and instead of the UKG logo being at the top it says kronos, then when I close the app and reopen it, it's a 50/50 between the right login and the wrong login

This is the worst app for scheduling and time keeping, it doesn't even show my schedule it directs me to call my administrator, every time I log in it says incorrect password, I have changed my password so many freakin' times I have run out of passwords. Then when I do get in you have to rotate your phone to portrait from landscape in order to hours worked...it shouldn't be this difficult to navigate an app for your job.🤬🤬🤬

Every time I sign in I have to answer security question and click that I read terms. Had same app when I worked at kohl's and didn't have to do that after first time. Also request time off if I put partial day and than AM. Or PM. It won't work. Have to go for hours and put from start time to end time to get just those hours off

Please fix the session time out issue. There's no valid reason for me getting kicked back to the login prompt after 3-5 minutes of transcribing my schedule. This feels like an issue that was created out a cost cutting measure and I'm here to say: someone noticed.

UPDATE: Now this P.O.S won't connect to servers after the update! This is THE WORST scedual app I have ever used! No notifications of sudden shift changes no option to approve or deny shift changes won't let you save your username or password throws however many days it wants into the line up and won't show shifts as a weekly instead its current to 8 or 9 days out its absolute trash if it wasn't for the fact my job was stupid and requires me to have it I'd never use it!

Wish there was a full calenders for Android users,also frickin annoying to log in to see ur schedule... And I don't even get a notification when a schedule is updated or changed. I literally have to go into the app itself to see the changes... Such an inconvenience...
