Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Kova Inspire on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Kova Inspire is an application for collecting, managing and sharing home design feature information on your server running the Kova Homebuilder application.

The collected images are available to the different parties involved in the product design process of a homebuilding company.

Kova Inspire allows mobile end users to take snapshots of interesting design features and easily send them to a server running Kova Homebuilder application. The photos are posted to a customizable, categorized file structure based on the folder the user selects on the mobile device when sending the image. For each image the system stores - based on the device location - the overall geographical area the snapshot was taken in, the time it was uploaded and the user who took the snapshot.

Kova Inspire can also be used to view all the photos posted to the server by other users. The access to the images is controlled based on the Kova user assignments of the user account used to activate the mobile application. Images can be filtered based on the folder and geographical location.

Note: To use Kova Inspire, you must have a user account on an instance of Kova Homebuilder 4.2.

Beta version (1.0.1). Updating from 1.0 to 1.0.1 will delete all images that haven't yet been synced to the server.
