Pathetic app and worst experience. Most.the people asked me not to use but I tried and had a worst online experience. Ordered four men vest which delivered and found a cheap quality. Requested for return and refund. Pick up has done after several follow ups and still waiting for my refund. Please learn some customer service experience with Amazon or Myntra. Beware before buying anything from them.

Products collection is good, but services are horrible. Customer care is not at all caring. Products may get delivered one month later, delivery time is real bad (consistently occurred across more than 5 orders). Sometimes ordered products are different from the one you see, or will be too big or small and if you want return/exchange, either it will take too long to be done, or in some cases they will deny to take it back. Please proceed cautiously using this app.

Terrible customer service. I returned my order 2 moths back and still haven't received a refund for it. I have written atleast 15-20 mails and in every response they copy paste a standard message asking me to be patient. Update: It's been almost 3 months now and I am still waiting for my refund. Worst app, don't buy in this app they are not mentioning about no return/exchange policy under product description. If we mailed for exchanging the product then they will send you a link which will have details about their no return/exchange policy but we can't find the same details in their app.

Collection is good, price is reasonable too. But, there's sizing issue. Also, please make your returns/refunds faster! N should introduce *exchange* option for size issues
