Поддержка фактически отсутствует - постоянно «все консультанты заняты». У меня патент, система не понимает, что с 2021 года страх.взносы вычитаются из его стоимости, предлагает оплатить полную цену патента. Если сами не разбираетесь в бухгалтерии и актуальных законах - будут проблемы, Эльба вам наделает ошибок. "Уведомление о вычете из патента страх.взносов" в ФНС Эльба отправить не может в принципе. За что мы платим этому сервису?!

Минус приложению: Невозможно сдать отчётность через приложение на смартфоне. Минус ПК версии: Требуется установка каких-то компонентов плагинов. В итоге ты привязан к конкретному устройству. Где ваша облачность, Эльба?

Ограниченное (по сравнению с сайтом) и странное приложение: списки актуальных и выполненных задач видны любому желающему без аутентификации. Но часть функционала сделана в виде ссылок на полноценный сайт Эльбы, которые открываются в браузере и требуют повторно пройти аутентификацию по паролю.
