The prices tend to be higher and the selection more limited then AliExpress, but the delivery time is faster, and I don't need to drive to Iposita and pay to receive my package. This app definitely has a niche if you're willing to search for the right deal or need something faster than the 2-3 months things normally take from AliExpress.

The app works. The selection of items is decent. The quality of the items is reflected by their price. Of the purchases I've made almost all have arrived, some late but arrived none the less. I don't understand why we can't add to the cart first and must buy straight away. I would also recommend the option of being able to delete previous orders, it helps when wanting to order again.

I bought a 1TB SD card, but it takes up files up to like 9GB, and then it's full and corrupt any other files. Online shopping is sometimes SCAM because you'll never get the product as you saw it, always fake and low quality products you will get. And moreover, they choose different pickup station other than the one I've chosen, and I've emailed about this problem, but they don't seem to care. Shopping on kikuu SUCKS

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!! Poor customer care service....it's as if the staff don't know what is actually going on. Don't bother ordering with this app waste of time and money. I ordered items March 2023 it's 30 November 2023 haven't received them even the return and refund section is not working. I guess this is a loss.

I think, the app is a scam, order an item and the item has not gotten to me going to 3 months. The customer care keep given same programmed statement, they cannot track my item , no specific info on how, where and when my item we get to me

The worst application, especially when it comes to shipping, why should you put by Air, and items take 4 months without reaching my destination, Uganda! It's really a shame for your company. I don't and Can't even recommend it to a friend doing online shopping, kindly use eBay services... Far better than these Fake people
