Log in problem sorted but was charged for June and July copies which weren't published due to the current pandemic

Love the magazine. It's the one audio magazine which tells it how it really is. But the app is as bad as trying to use their website - logging-in is a nightmare. It works occasionally, but most of the time it pretends your have your details all wrong. If this was a problem with all the other things I log-in to, I would accept it's just me. But I don't have this problem elsewhere.

It's great opportunity to have access to a great magazine for a half price of the printed issue . Fixed the problem opening the issues for reading but giving just 2 stars cause it takes forever to open the issue before you can start reading or render each page but unfortunately you can't use it offline which should be main way of reading something you have downloaded
