I finally figured out how to get this App to work with my Samsung Smart Phone. The first thing to do is go to 'Mobile Data' and turn it Off. Then stand in front of your Keurig and open the App, follow the directions for choosing your network and entering the code it will display. Very easy, took less than 2 minutes. BUT I had lots of trouble trying to get it to connect originally because I did not have mobile data turned off.

I LOVE my Keurig! Easy to set up with WI-FI the first time in CA and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Had to set up with a different Internet company and no problem. I wish I had more information on the research they are doing. One suggestion I would love the tray for the cup would not move. THANK YOU KEURIG!

I have made multiple attempts at setting up the coffee machine. I have tried the suggested steps from other users without success. I have contacted the company twice by phone and once or twice via email. I got called back once after 4 or 5 days of waiting and I had to run errands. Called them back and got voice mail. Left message. No return call. Have sent multiple error messages through. Will update when and if resolved. Have contacted support by phone 3 days ago. Have not received a reply.

I have just signed up on the website and I download to app not letting me sign in on the app good prices just easier to do it on the app then the websiteReplacement Water Reservoir for Keurig® 2.0 K200 Brewing Systems

It does what it's supposed to do...RESEARCH! People who rate this low have NO CLUE what this is about! Keurig chose some people to research their brewing habits (Pod choices, brewing frequencies, etc). In exchange, those who agreed would get a top of the line brewer which connected to their home WiFi and it would send daily reports to Keurig research. It works perfectly if you are an actual research user. Otherwise, you have no business using this.

I can't connect my Keurig to this app. My router is fairly close to it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the Keurig and nothing. Wifi bars show up on the machine, so I don't know what that means.. If can't keep my Keurig just because I can't connect the app for research purposes, I'm going to be mad. Fix the app please.
