The Intelliprox Blue connects to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, providing a low-cost installation and user-friendly interface. Administration of the program is straight-forward, convenient and intuitive.

What's new in latest v1.2 version
Issues Addressed:
• Increased stability and responsiveness when switching between task windows.
• Improved the speed and reliability of database transfers, particularly when loading a large number of cardholders or restoring large databases. Transfers will now report a running count of the number of cards loaded during the database transfer.
• Now will allow a database restore operation following a device name change.
New Features and Improvements:
• Added support for non 26-bit HID credentials.
• Firmware update files can now be retrieved from the Cloud, from within the app.
• Access Groups have been renamed to Time Profiles to better reflect their function.
• Screen sleep mode is now turned off when the app is started.
• The AutoUnlock feature can now be configured with a Time Schedule. This feature only works with firmware v1.5 and greater. AutoUnlock is disabled for controllers with firmware v1.0.
Known Issues:
• We have seen instances where databases can fail to restore with the iOS App. To address this, the app now detects if a database restore fails and will automatically attempt the restore again. If the second attempt fails, the app will restore the database one credential at a time. This can be a time-intensive process. In some instances, it may be necessary to restart the controller or power cycle the phone.
• In certain circumstances a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone will fail to properly disconnect Bluetooth. To disconnect the app from Bluetooth you must disable and then re-enable Bluetooth on the phone.

If you are attempting to update firmware version v1.0, please stop here and call Keri Systems' Inside Sales department for assistance. Phone Number - (800) 260-5265.
Due to developmental constraints posed by the evolution of Keri's IP-Blue Access Controller, it was necessary to change the update utility for future firmware upgrades. This utility will not reliably update the early version V1.0.
In an effort to cause you as little disruption as possible, Keri Systems stands ready to replace your unit with a current model if necessary.
