Worst app. Not able to register for e-warranty. There is no record of the attemps made. After 6 days it is like I am registering for the first time. Customer care is of no use. Despite repeated complaints they do not resolve the issues. Imagine what will happen if there is a problem with the machine?

Absolutely pathetic, e warranty registration fails 9 out of 10 times. Need to come up with simple solution.

it is not customer friendly. very bad. it is painful to make e-warranty regn. Not able to upload imvoice image. very difficult to come out of the app. It should allow manual entries of Invoice no. etc 12-12-19 My repeated efforts were not successful. It scans the sl.no. on the warrant certificate in the user manual and then it asks for uploading the bill with no options to attach the bill or scanninh the bill. I got an sms that I will be contacted from tel no. I think they are not serious.

Fake brand. In one word, cheaters. Even the e-mail is address is fake. They ask to send mail and say "we will resolve from our end". Fact is they don't respond for months. Don't know if they will ever respond. Ask others (the reviewers). Same story. Customer care people are liars. Actually they are helpless. They say "will inform the ewarranty team". The people of the ewarranty team are elites. You cannot reach them to get warranty. So it is possibile that the products are fake.

Please avoid this brand. The warranty reg process is worst. It takes 10-15 days to register. There is hurdle after hurdle. First you cannot upload the invoice. If you can, it will not accept and say invalid. If is accepted, you will not receive call from the warranty team. The whole process needs to be repeated multiple times. Finally if they call you to verify, they will not send the warranty reg number. Customer care is of no use. They say will inform the warranty team but nothing happens.

Horrible app by Kirloskar , really shame to company for developing this kind of app , App could not upload scanned barcode even bill photo could not be uploaded , Coustomer care says unistall and reinstall app but It's waste of time . I think Kirloskar pump registration should be supported on web browser rather than this worst app .
