terrible customer service and the change in credit deduction plans are unbelievable and the whole credit refund is so slow and troublesome. Not worth it anymore. won't be renewing or purchasing anymore credits or continuing with them. they want to have vendors who are serious about providing the service, but how about protecting us from unscrupulous customers that are just quote hunting with multiple same requests?

Growing together means growth at both end. Sadly, when they have many vendors, they forget the beginner who put their trust into them and guided. They are keen to upkeep but don't bothered about the bleeding that caused to the vendor who was there when they launch. Nothing else, but a very heart breaking disappointment.

Sucks app.. Really disappointed.. PIC respond slow, didn't pick up phone always, request credit refund slow, pending payment more than 1 working day... Bad experience with this app...not friendly use

1. I tried to register as vendor then said my number has been taken, which is strange. 2. So I log in with my mobile number and reset my password. 3. But when I tried to log in with my phone number, again it said my phone number has been taken. Madness !
