Loved this app and received several amazon vouchers since last September. But order a £5 voucher on Monday 28th June and got email stating it was ordered with an order number but still waiting for it to arrive on Saturday. Emailed 2 places to report it but no reply. Before 28th it would have got 5 stars but given it 3 now. However, just received it today 7/7 so hopefully things are getting back to normal in which case I'll go back to giving it 5 stars.

Cant log in! Screen just buffers continuously! Not able to load receipts and now wont get time bonus points even if I do eventually get in. Doesn't accept alot of email receipts and its difficult to challenge why. Update for July 2021, now it doesn't load receipts due to a "network issue" and asks you to try again. That means you lose any bonus points and may not still have the receipt anyway. Absolutely useless, has been going on for days now. Will be uninstalling and finding an alternative.

I have been using this for a while and it's been really good. Recently every receipt can't be uploaded due to technical issues!! Tried to claim my vouchers and got an error message but it's still taken my points. No response from customer services. Deleting this app and won't bother again.

Always used to think this was a great app. Really pleased with my amazon vouchers. But, like other people are saying, the last few weeks every receipt gets accepted then later rejected, stating 'network issues'. I am not having any network issues. Rescanned the receipts just results in the same rejection and message. Interesting that nobody with this issue appears to be getting any feedback......

Uninstalled. Hasn't registered a physical receipt in months. Accepts it as usual, then 1-2 weeks later says, wasn't registered due to network error, please retake receipt. By then I've binned the receipts, so what's the point. My friend uses a better app that gives vouchers for loads of different shops, so I've moved on

Wish this app would work properly hasn't worked from the update PLEASE FIX and i will update this review. I have used this app for ages never had a problem until recently now when i upload a reciept it shows it being processed 10 times then come up error if fixed will update stars just need fixed a bit. Have even tried redownloading the app to fix but still same. Please fix no way to contact customer service
