While logging a complaint I wasn't able to select JOB in the app and when pressing continue the app was telling to select the JOB.... When I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it wasn't taking my full name and it was not even letting me write my full mobile number My complaint was regarding Road Side Maintenance in Diagonal Road, Bistupur, JSR...There are many holes near the road there.

This app is not functioning properly. When i am gonna use this app after some days the app is not opening. Each and every time I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app to open it. Just worthless. I reinstalled the app on 18/4/21 and since then I haven't use that amd now when i am trying to use it it is not opening again. No security issue or nothing,it is down alyaws and it will be so. just worthless.

Tree fallen, Complaint No.197527.1. This is my complain which was very quickly attended. There was a dark and dim light still woker was cutting the tree and doing his duty. I would suggest the helmet should be provided with focus light or if not urgent then can be executed in day.On fallen tree or beneath tree, any snake or any other creature could be hidden. 1 Star is due to that worker was not provided with focus light. 5 star deserve that man Who was performing duty in such a situation.

I was authorised my saving account to deduct monthly bills of water and power. But during last year pandemic you have deducted higher amount from my S.a/c . This year you have adjusting extra amount in monthly bills but provision for reducing balanced is not availabled in this app. You are requested to made such provision.

Everything is fine and the app is working great but some features like numbering of photos is not done properly and if the user uploads only one pic then also it's shows that 1/10 photos are there by mistake. Please fix that
