Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing JourneyLabs on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

JourneyLabs digitally automates user journeys with an interactive experience utilizing dynamic workflows to provide personalized digital content. An organization designs journeys so that each participant has their own custom experience based on their unique responses and interactions.

JourneyLabs allows the participant, via a private, confidential communication channel, the ability to give feedback on how they are doing, ask for assistance in times of need, have access to a calendar of scheduled tasks and activities, and have fingertip access to emergency resources.

The Action Center provides real-time access to journey tasks and activities that are due and other important information that needs to be communicated to the user.

With Communicate, users can have a private 2-way conversation with their organization. They can also upload multimedia attachments to share media-rich content.

My Care is a convenient calendar that shows upcoming tasks and activities to help keep users on their journey.

Help Now is a library of resources such as emergency phone numbers, reference documents and links that is always available to users.
