Terrible job description entry. The cursor would jump around when I edited text. Also the signup process is annoying. The confirm password is no longer a good practice. Also annoying to enter a credit card before it's needed. The phone number entry didn't allow a leading 1 or a leading +.

I have the same problem with the cursor jumping all over the place when I'm entering the job description like the last reviewer mentioned, but that's not the main reason for my critical review. I've tried posting several jobs on the app, but every time the system matches me with a vendor far away from where I live in Kennesaw For example I had a flooring job and it matched me with a vendor way out in Lawrenceville, almost an hour away. I would write more but I'm almost to the 500 char limit!

What an Amazing concept, vision and execution of a continual need for many.
I have worked in hospitality for many years and it is incredibley
refreshing to see and experience a company and a culture that is based
around the customer. From my experinces with the team at Jonny On It I have
found they not only do a great job with their offering but more importantly
they are concerned and make a great effort to service the human being at
the other end of the interaction. In today's day and age this is incredibly
rare and special to experience. I would reccomend to anyone looking for
home service or repair Bravo Jonny On It. Keep up the good work.
