Am unable to clock in to my job.

I was having trouble with the app so I deleted and reinstalled and then it gave me an error when trying to sign back in. I emailed the customer service and it took them a week to respond the first time and several days in between each email. None of their solutions worked. It has been over a month now and they still haven't been able to fix my problem. They have the absolute worst customer service.

My celphone is not compatible anymore with the regular HOMEBASE. SO I downloaded this app. THE app is a mess. My recomendación is to keep it simple and if something is not broken don't try to fix it. Make updates that are compatible with all celphone. It doesen't put my work hours correctlly. Compared too the Homebase app.
