Slow and won't let me join. I filled in the application and it takes about 5 minutes to return saying something went wrong. So then I try to apply online on the browser to find that it says I've already signed up. So I go back to the app and sign in but to my surprise it says "Based on your results we won't be able to offer you suitable shifts and so we won't be moving forward with your application" NOT EVEN GIVING ME A CHANCE?!

It's a good app for jobs in hospitality. Everything is great so far. Small downside when you apply for jobs they use a first in first out system so if you apply to several jobs in the same day you will get the first one they accept you don't have the opportunity to choose if more companies choose you. But at least you are getting something.

Excellent App great work opportunity, joined over a week ago, still not found a suitable position.. Many jobs are too far away... Still hoping I'll get work soon. Glad I joined two other agencies... Might need to join a few more. The online courses they provide are extremely knowledgeable but very time-consuming... Be prepared... Take notes whilst reading you'll be tested at the end of each module. The app occasionally freezes on my mobile which means I can't get into.

Best app I have used to conduct my working schedule, payment, personal inquiries, support from the Catapult team. I have used quite a few apps which is connected to the agency I work under, but Catapult has done an excellent job. I would say until now, it is the best experience I had out of all the other ones.

This app changed my life forever, I struggled to get a basic job for the last 5 years until I stumbled across catapult job ad on gumtree and once I booked in an interview they shown me how to use the app. Really good experience and I learnt a lot from different types of job roles from sales assistant to barrister. Definitely recommend to download the app if you want to gain experience and to do something for a living.

i have never write a review for apps ( nor have the desire to ) but i must give this app 5 stars because of the fast response from their customer's service. Applying for a job never been this easy and the people that worked at catapult really understands and cares for you. The app is a bit slow sometimes but i know that they're working on that. Can wait to start my first shift!
