Good program, app has a few issues but customer service is top notch, replies to feedback are normally received within max a day, usually within a couple of hours. Very happy with product

Nice idea poorly though out. Cheaper than the more professional options out there but it's easy to see why. Full of annoying bugs that tech support seems unable or unwilling resolve if they actually return a call (yes we have the latest version and yes it's still failing to perform). They release sporadic updates, trying to add "useful" features without addressing the underlying issues at the heart of the app that will make you pull your hair out.
