Jio LYF and RCOM both are worst. I am having Lyf flame1 but phone hangs alot. Camera is poor.heating issue. Service center is poor. Customer care is worst. I have stopped usage of jio sim and ported to Vodafone. Sasta roye baar baar. Mehanga roye ej baar. Speed of jio is very slow in Mumbai as compared to airtel Vodafone and idea. Bluff is in the blood of reliance group.

Happy to see that Mukeshbhai (jio) is on the path of Anilbhai (R com). Lyf wants to become a number one company in India by forcing there customers to use Lyf with such a wonderful hidden features. 1.very bad battery. 2.very bad camera. 3.very bad net speed. 4.excellent heating issue. 5.No value for money. 6.very nice and arrogant customer care. 7.Selling made in chaina handset on the name of indian company. Note- I am using this handset forcefully if it blast any time Mukeshbhai will be responsible for that. Giving emotional speach in the annual meeting is good but taking care of your customer shows your business value. I will think that i have donated 7500/ to Reliance Foundation..... I have LYF Wind 7 handset but it is not not good handset. When phone use long time then handset is so very hot and battery back_up is 3 hours This handset Doe's not work internet That's way I m not satisfy this handset

When you submit your phone to service centre they will just keep phone and without solving the issue they will return your phone as it is. I myself goes 5 times to service centre and always returning back empty handed. The issue aroses again after 1 hour. So disappointed.

Poor battery's performance, body very very delicate and parts will not last in warranty and service center will not solve problem just software update
