ONIMAS ni program inayochanganua,kuendesha na kumpa mwongozo mfanya biashara katika shughuli zake za kibiashara.

Ni kwa biashara ndogo ndogo (Rejareja) na za maduka ya jumla.

Kwa kutumia ONIMAS mfanya biashara anaweza kujua mzunguko wa fedha, bidhaa, faida iliyopatikana kwa kila bidhaa akiwa mahali popote mfano nje ya eneo la biashara,nje ya mkoa au nje ya nchi.

Pia unaweza kutumia bila mtandao(offline)


KAZI ZINAZOFANYWA NA ONIMAS
i. Kusaidia kudhibiti gharama, kukokotoa fedha
taslimu, kutoa mchanganuo wa mapato na
matumizi ya ziada na kutengeneza ripoti za
faida na hasara za (siku, juma, mwezi, mwaka)

ii. Inatengeneza stock ya bidhaa ya kila siku.

iii. Kumbukumbu za madeni, invoisi, orders kwa
wateja na wasambazaji (vendors).

iv. Kutambua bidhaa zikikaribia mwisho wa muda
wa matumizi (to expire).

v. Kuandaa na kuchambua kumbukumbu za
kifedha (Financial/Accounting records)

vi. Ripoti nyingine ni za mzunguko wa bidhaa
(Stock transfer), mauzo na manunuzi, invoisi,
orders, madeni, taarifa za wafanyakazi, n.k
