Please fix this app! I was very happy with my security camera, but now it is useless. The app no longer works, so what good is the camera without any way to view what my camera has recorded? How do I even know if it has recorded anything? The app worked okay (with a few glitches) for the past 3 months. As of 2 days ago, I get no alerts at all and there is no way to play back any past events. All I can do is watch a live view. Useless. FIX THIS!

Please fix the alerts!! We've been using this for couple of months now. No big problems. Yes, it's slow to load. Yes, it gets to 99% and sometimes stops. It worked for us. Well, about 2 days ago the alerts just stopped. The alarm is still being triggered by motion and the alerts are appearing in the alert section, but the app no longer lets us know when it happens. Honestly the cameras are no good if it's not going to tell me when someone is at my door.

*FIX YOUR APP PLEASE* Day 1 - After a fairly lengthy pairing process, I installed 2 cameras and all functions of the app seem to work. Day 2 - Loading times are noticably longer and alerts will not make noise on my phone even with correct settings in app. Day 3 - False alerts are starting to become annoying. Play back of the video alerts now will not play & get stuck at 99% everytime. Loading does the same from any device I use so I can no longer view alerts making the cameras usless to me.

At first it was cool but the binding process is a pain in the ass. Once I got it to work it was working fine but then it would keep going offline. Then you have to Uninstalle the camera to do the binding process all over again and the crappy reset in the back doesn't even work. This has truly been a waste of my money. Don't buy it. Go with the ring or nest. My daughter has the ring and at least it alerts her when someone is at her door. And a friend has the nest, both of them have been happy.

The app doesn't stay connected to the camera. Every time I try to reconnect the camera to the app it says "binding unsuccessful." Everything worked perfectly fine when I first got the camera and up until a few weeks ago, when I went on the app to view the camera it was offline. Tried reconnecting but keeps saying "binding unsuccessful."

Works great for me. Never had a problem with this app working with the cameras. I have had issues with some of the cameras working with my third party DVR software but this app always works. I think the people having issues may need to put an outside AP, if they are having issues. Before I did that, I had problems too.
