Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing eReceptionist – Business VoIP on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Despite paying for the premium record feature, outgoing calls initiated frm the app don't seem to record. V frustrating, as details needed from the calls unavailable. Also the older app was atleast dialing using the classic GSM carrier network (i.e normal calls) that's better for recording & sound quality mostly, as opposed to this new app that uses data /Voip with inferior sound if Internet patchy. Furthermore any recorded calls aren't accessible within the app, except voice messages.

The app is just soo basic, limited functionality. Not what I was expecting at all. Desperately needs an update!

inconsistent service. at the start of my business a year ago, this app was fine. basic. but fine. now that my business has grown and I have international clients, the cracks are showing. firstly eith the fact that on the app, all international numbers have the + or 00 removed. this means that I cannot make international call from numbers on the contacts book. but if I dial manually it's fine though frustrating. and calls to my locality get disconnected mid conversation. called helpdesk, useless!
