Can't call internationally dies not work

It's really useful on the go. Wish call quality was a little better though, it's not as great as just using my cell phone normally.

Support desk not responding fast... it needs more than one week and more to reply. ...and sometimes not replying at all for your requests. ..

Love having a business number I can forward around anywhere I need it to go.

Needs vast improvement to be considered full featured. Lacks many included features that others offer but definitely gets the job done. Improve call management like adding forwarding numbers from app in case data isn't available. 4g is fast but still not reliable for advanced communication like vid chat/voip. Company text msg and better fax would help.
