This app is terrible. My job requested I use it for taking my loads and once I submitted my information it would freeze. I deleted the app and re-download it and still the same thing.

Will never haul for them again. I download the app. Then have to show them its downloaded. They still call every half hour for update. When I threaten to drop the load they act like they have been doing me a favor. If they fell off the face of the Earth I could do my job with less interference and higher pay. If you get this broker, find a better load.

We had Thomas helping us out the whole way. Very courteous and helpful was able to call him with updates and he was able to workout arrival times with us during a snow storm and got is home for Thanksgiving... If i could give 10 stars I would. I dont really like the tracking dispatch apps but this one was great.

All it says after I confirmed my number with the code is "Congratulations! Your phone number has been confirmed" no way to tell if I have arrived or departed or even give an update and yet I'm required to have the app for tracking purposes

Google says this is 3.0 it is not. ((1x19)+(2x1)+(5x2))/22 ratings = 1.4. Scumbag broker says he will call every two hours unless I enable location access all the time. Ok, call. Not good enough according to scumbag broker. Go to hell scumbag broker.
