In you new updates there is some issues as I am unable to send receipts through WhatsApp/mail and also unable to generate PDF of receipts.

Great App to have few suggested improvements 1. Inclusion of part payment or multiple payments within a month. 2. Auto calculation of metered utility bills. 3. One you can explore on providing flexibility to add amenities in selected room. 4. You can also explore on creating a dashboard for the amounts collected v/s total amount, and also provide a sheet download on the cash flow. But whatever is avaliable it's complete in itself, A great app to manage your rentals cash flow. Kudos !

It is a very useful app as it makes maintaining records of tenants very easy.

After latest update app restarting agin and again continuously. Not able to export backup. Error database export failure. File not present.

Unable to send rent receipt by whatsapp...getting error "Whatsapp not installed or disabled" though app is installed. Also PDF is not getting generated
