This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing PictaMail on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

Few years ago, United States Post office started testing a new Service called “Informed Delivery” to residential customers. Earlier last year this service was rolled out to major cities across the US. This service sends customers an email with black-and-white images of their mail on the day their mail has been processed for delivery. PictaMail was developed by a current Mail box store owner to counter the post office
