This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ITEL Now on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Took forever to get registration approved & when I tried to call for help it was "please leave a message" & I'm still waiting for a call back. They've taken my money, registration is complete all they have to do is approve my registration so I can submit a sample.

Good app for insurance adjusters. Could use some huge quality of life fixes like auto loading your info into the claim, saving your password and being able to use with no service.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. CRASHES AND TAKES WAY TO LONG. ITs A 50+ STEP PROCESS FOR IT TO WORK. (So prepare to be there for a full day) FORCED TO UNINSTALL ONLY TO WAIT FOREVER TO REINSTALL. LEAVING A 1 STAR REVIEW. (THE MORE ONE STAR REVIEWS LEFT THE ALGORITHM WILL FORCE TO TAKE THE APP DOWN)

This is a garbage app designed to cheat contractors and policy holders. If an adjuster states they need to use this app. Your first step should be calling a public adjuster, or an attorney and your next step should be filing a bad faith claim. Mad Sky Roofing is not part of ITEL they are a roofing contractor piggybacking off of ITEL app, and reputation. This is an attempted price fixing and contractor fixing stunt insurance companies are using to drive down the cost and minimize payments to PH!

Horrible app. Photos won't upload most of the time, you have to uninstall and reinstall constantly, extremely slow, and a waste of time.
