Sri Petaling has poor Customer service. After paying at the counter, the short guy staff ( who do consultation/ monitor there but did not do my hair) changed his attitude rudely & requested customer not to come back again.. the stylists there do a fast and simply services after you found defact results of your hair, so ask them to handle my hair with care.. he replied the "SHOP" Do Not Care handling such service for people... Even he forgot his consultation earlier he agreed so...ok ... ur products not suitable for me? Got any harmful chemicals than other brands product...? Nature friendly...? The staff so unprofessional... Regards, juz a comment from ur customer
