Switches status on its own. Delays status switch times. Kept me in drive five minutes after switching to off duty (yes, the display showed I was off duty, but the logs later indicated drive). Also, put me into drive in the middle of a two hour break while truck ignition was off and I had walked away from truck. Do not purchase this app.

I have been using this app for about 4 months now & I have been calling the support teams on this app at least once a week on problems of ELD not reading correct settings or putting you to on duty or driving when your shut down!!!! Then if you don't have service you put in what your doing & when you get service back on line you find out the thing didn't take what you put in or it puts you in drive from fuel island to park in lot of truck stop but don't find out about it till 40 minutes later

No manual. Its a figure it out as you go program. This app forgets what you put in as your truck number. I drove from LA to AZ on on duty. When you do a DVIR and summit it you have to go bsck in and sign it again. The current duty status section inly shows your times for the day NOT the period if it stsrted on the day before so if you wrnt into the sleeper at say 9:23 you have to renember that so you don't hit on duty before the 8 hours are up. Needs more work and ask us drivers what to fix.

most horrible log on the market.it,s doesn't know how to do the split sleeping time, you have to take 10 hours break . it erased 31 minutes off duty break throwing you in violation for no reason. It shows wrong location many times, it changes status by itself. It,s a disaster

this sucks! This is my fourth time deleting app and reinstalling to get it to work. It usually. stops working at most inopportune time... scale, dot inspection, or just trying to start my day driving. Save the headache and tech issues. Keep Truckin

for the past several days driving different trucks logging in to each truck it does not record any of my DriveTime shows on duty only so what happens when I get pulled into the scales for an inspection unfortunately we're all stuck at our company until they change to a different app
