Such a pity about the software. The camera itself had really high quality image when we still could see the footage. Now the software simply won't link / bind with the camera. Once or twice we got it to work for a few minutes. Then it just keeps telling us that the camera is offline. Unplug the camera and plug it in again and the camera itself says establishing network / network established but the App says that the camera is offline. Can't see any footage. Can't get it to bind again. So annoying

Have full wifi both sides and it works only about 20% of the time. Keeps saying current network blah blah blah ......try again later.

Live image works perfect, but recordings are smudged with only movement visible.

Controlling the cam remotely, you need a LOT of patience. The audio and video is extremely delayed and intermittent. It is IMPOSSIBLE to follow any movement, no matter ho fast your WIFI connection. You can only monitor from your Phone.

Our newly purchased camera is already linked to someone else's account and we can't use it at all without them unpairing. You have sent us a used product. The reset button doesn't work either, terrible
