شرکت مهندسی و توسعه سروک آذر، (Sarvak Azar Engineering & Development Company) یک شرکت خدمات نفت و گاز ایرانی است.

شرکت (SAED) در مهرماه سال 1390 به صورت کنسرسیوم و با سرمایه گذاری شرکت‌های سرمایه گذاری صندوق بازنشستگی صنعت نفت (OPIC) و مهندسی و ساختمان صنایع نفت (OIEC) تشکیل و در تاریخ نوزدهم تیرماه 1391 به صورت سهامي خاص ثبت شده است.

این شرکت فعال در حوزه نفت، با هدف اجرای طرح توسعه میدان نفتی آذر شروع به کار نموده و حوزه هاي فعاليت اين شركت در پنج بخش اصلي به شرح ذيل مي باشد:

تهيه ي طرح توسعه، مطالعات لرزه نگاري، مطالعات مهندسي، حفاري چاه هاي نفتي، نصب تاسيسات توليد و خطوط انتقال نفت و گاز، تفكيك گرها، نمكزدايي، تلمبه خانه ها، ايستگاه هاي تقويت فشار گاز، خريد كالا، تجهيزات، مواد و تامين منابع مالي مورد نياز اجراي پروژه با روش بيع متقابل.
انجام هر گونه عمليات در جهت ارتقا سطح كيفي و دانش راه اندازي، بهره برداري و تعمير و نگهداري صنايع مذكور.
نظارت، پشتيباني و ارائه كليه خدمات و سرويس هاي لازم مربوط به عمليات صنايع مذكور.
انجام هر گونه عمليات مجاز بازرگاني براي تامين مواد اوليه، مصالح و ابزار و ماشين آلات لازم از داخل و يا خارج كشور در محدوده و در اجراي اهداف فوق.
اخذ هر گونه وام و اعتبار از بانك ها و موسسات اعتباري داخل و خارج از كشور جهت اجراي عمليات موضوع فعاليت شركت.
