In Bangladesh till now this is the most worst apps based moto bike services. The offer they give they stop it without notification. Their attitude towards customer is very much rude. They block user apps without notification so that you can not make complain. Shame on SAM.

It's ridiculous. Riders have been waiting for couple of minutes, waiting for biker and giving request multiple times and then it's saying no biker found nearby. You guys don't have any biker. And then you're advertising yourselves as the best bike sharing app. This is the worst app ever. and worst service too.

You people are soo fake .. U gave fake promo code for free first ride , and after reaching the destination the rider refused about the promo code that there is no such thing
