Micromax is the worst ever service i have seen all my life. My TV hasn't been serviced for the past 1month. And trying to call the customer care is like getting you a hypertension. Whatever u tell or ask them only thing they answer is "we can understand your problem and nothing else, they dont act on it. I have been calling these ppl regarding my TV but its waste of time and my money. I regret purchasing this tv. Very worst service i ve seen so far in my life. And please teach your customer care ppl some english. They cant understand a single word wat i told them. Hope i can give 0 stars but again no other option. Its more than hatred i ve now on micromax.
