This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iOffice Service Request on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

ioffice is not a convenient app to work with. I can't view summaries of the tickets in the system and when I try to view attachments, I get error codes. I use service request on an android.

After update still no ability to search other than ticket number . Need more options.
