Only thing you can do on this app is see your calibration, report mantaince, and pay your bill. It says I have 36 notifications but every time I try to go to it it sends me back to the home page. And forget trying to get someone to answer the customer service number. This is my 4th time calling in a week and nothing. Very frustrating when you supposed to have your devise taken out in 3 weeks

Currently not a good app. Most things you must manually input on the device. However, when inputting your work orders or even when you have issues with things. You send an email but no response is it from the application!!!!!!!! Why do i have to call in when in other apps i can be in an instant messaging an associate live and without any wait time. This application needs a lot of fixes from the customer support response or at least the sending out of email. The reminders for the app work.

2 days in a row this device malfunctions. It just keeps saying try again. I am not going to pay to have my car towed to get a new device everyday. I am just going to have to bypass it and drive it over to the shop. Simple enough to do. Just jump the cord with the 2 wires coming from it. Aye learn something new everyday

Device drained my battery to the point that the device wouldn't even let me blow into. FYI, I drive a manual car and could easily push start it. But not with this stupid thing. Every call I've tried to make the people have no idea what they are talking about. They're all $10/hr call center employees that are not even familiar with the device, or automobiles as a whole. I wish I would have read the reviews, steer clear of this company at all costs. *UPDATE: 1/8/2020* Guess what device just drained a brand new battery as well? You guessed it, Intoxalocks IID that must have been built when beige computers were still a thing. As soon as I can get this POS out of my car I will be switching to Drager.

Other than being a very costly system and can't hardly get around the corner without having to blow again. I hate it. Brand new battery just 9 months old and intoxaloc device has drained it dry. I think with all the other comments about the same thing, intoxaloc should be responsible for the actions of what the device is doing to all of our vehicles. Oh, and I have no clue how to get to the 35 notifications I have. I'm Taking this to the next step.

Crooks! Was told I can pay in full for my 3 months I needed this device, I get quoted i pay it all, 300 bucks plus 95 installation but here I am paying another 200 or more till I get this off 1 more month to go. Also which still need to pay another 160 bucks or so to take it off. App is also pointless.
