This app doesn't work with my phone, (samsung S10+) and I paid $30 for the badge that is required for the app. They will not refund me, but there is no resolution in sight. They should have warned about the problem they have with these Samsung phones, or they shouldn't have released the app until it was ready.

Can't really tell you much about this except that it's beautiful in form and principle. Unfortunately the badge will not pair with my Galaxy S10 plus. How can such a promising piece of technology have such a glaring flaw?
