Have area with two keypads that each control on/off for relay modules that control overhead lights. Had worked perfectly for months until I added another keypad button in another room, using this app, to do same thing. The keypad buttons all mirrored, but the relay modules would not change state. Removing the scene and reprogramming with this app resulted in the same issue. Removing the scene and reprogramming with the old app fixed the issue and gave me control again. So many bugs!

I've spent all of 5 minutes with this app and am surprised by the poor QA. The new interface design is improved. But, back arrow/settings gear sometimes require several taps to be recognized. It's frustrating to repeatedly tap widgets that do nothing. The dimming slider got 'stuck' at lowest setting and was difficult to unstick to increase brightness. No % shown. Light was shown ON in fav screen, but it was actually OFF. Nice start, but old app for me until this app works better.

Night and day compared to the absolute $H!T app they have had all this time. It "feels" like it's made with web-pages though, not a native app -- I could be wrong. But still, much nicer, cleaner more modern UI/UX. I only have 2 plugs, so I can't complain about lack of support for other devices. I would have ditched Insteon long ago honestly, but those plugs are the only ones I have found that will DIM a light (most other smart plugs are on/off only). Glad to see this product/company aren't dead as I thought given the stagnant app. Oh, I will also add they were extremely helpful long ago when my hub died. I sent it to them and they fixed it free (long after warranty expired). I think they even paid for shipping both ways IIRC.

Wow guys! This app is very buggy. The devices menu does not show you the actual status of your devices. You have to select the device to see if it's ON or OFF. I set a schedule to turn ON one of my outdoor dimmer lights to come on at 25% level. It comes on at 100%. There is no way to type in a percentage level, you have to use a slider which will not let you put it at a specific level. I also have setup a notification to alert me when one of my devices turns ON. I have yet to get an alert. I have an opened case - 1127632. I hope these issues get fixed soon. I really like these devices and they have been working pretty reliably so far. But this app is a mess.

If a Smart Home Co can't figure out their own thermostat and camera integration, they're certainly dumb. The MAIN reason I went with Insteon is the virtually invisible integration of light switches, outlets, etc. No obtrusive plug ins or individual lightbulbs to deal with. Plus all are at a weekend home where cameras & thermostat control are imperative! Guess I'll just plod along in the old app until it's no longer supported, bite the bullet and replace the whole shebang -- def NOT w/Insteon!

The rooms labels are difficult to read because of small type size and poor contrast with background. Ditto for the icons at the bottom. Can't close app with back key. Have to use "close all" to get back to home screen. Even with sunrise/sunset offset, I'm headed back to the old version of the app. Random times within an hour (like my X-10 clock/controller) would be nice.
