Great software, poor support. Can't login to cloud for the last two weeks with my laptop or my son's laptop. I can login with my old laptop and my wife's old desktop. A real PITA having to switch computers to edit reports. Worst of all no one will call me back.

The worst costumer service ever. Could not get someone to help me for 3 days when there was a problem. Not acceptable when using this app to run a business.

I have the same issue as Jason Cote - from what I found out was that the issue is from the update to android. Inspectit will not fix it until their new release - which was promised a month ago. The workaround is to connect the tablet to a PC and then you have to drill down to the location of the pictures in the Inspectit folder, copy them to your photos folder and only then can you back it up. This is such a waste of time. I wish they would fix the issues when they come up instead of promising to fix them in the next update which is always months away.

I've been using Inspect it for nearly 10 years. It is a simple yet comprehensive report easily customizable. However, the software used to save pictures to your device when adding a photo to the report during the inspection. About 8 months ago an update took away the ability for pictures being taken during the inspection to be saved to the device you're using..thats unacceptable. Ive spoken to tech support over a dozen times and they refuse to acknowledge the ability to fix the issue.

I have been using Inspectit, for three years now. I don't have any experience with any other programs, for comparison purposes. Inspectit is user friendly for sure. Both clients and realtors like the layout and overall appearance of the report. They say it's easier to get through, than others. They feel like they're reading a novel with other programs out there.

Expensive, but a great one time purchase for a home inspection app. I've had nothing but great reviews using this report.
