Very weak application that makes you jump around to fill out forms and take pictures in different areas and then attempts to open up pdf files all within the same map causing much confusion and limited ability to jump around within the app

I can't log in. It keeps telling me to update but there is no option to. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but I get the same message. What's worse is that I am about to head to a site.
