Still useless in 2019. Unable to login with credentials. The ITB app should join Brandenburg airport in Germany's hall of development disasters.

Useless, as every year. Does not sync info and I am not inputting it all again. No reply from help email. The developers should be fired, get the WTM app people, they have a functioning one

cannot login. trying to use Virtual Market Place. Can login on desktop. app says "email does not exist" [in response to comment from developer]. I did use VMP. Was linked over to the VMP page to grant permission. It was on the VMP page that my email address was rejected. Tried and triple checked a number of times.

Very poor app. Even you can't log in. It's very slow.

Convoluted, slow, unresponsive, no single sign on between the app and the ticket registration services. Not used by enough ppl because of aforementioned problems and therefore is rather pointless.
