This is an honest review. Contrary to other user's review. I can say that this home defect inspection (HDI) is very nice. Easy to use & very convenient as home buyer. Perhaps developer can increase more (defect reporting) options.

There is a glitch where by I try to upload about 35 defects but only 17 went through. The submit button did not give me good response that I ended up clicking it a few times. And it ended up with multiple repetition inputs, and I could not amend them.

First time user, can't even sign up for an account. There is no other option here, only the sign in option appear. It is not helpfull at all. Come on, fix it. There will be 200 new user will use this app soon. Solve the problem ASAP please.

Very unstable, unfriendly, insufficient function, helping developer avoiding their obligations to defects liability. After addung 1 defects, OWNER GET WARNING THAT DO NOT HAS PERMISSION TO ADD DEFECT!
